So tomorrow I have an early day. I dont know why Im not in bed yet. Starting tomorrow I’ll be drinking 3 Liters of water a day and doing an hour of cardio.
its finals week and I’m over it all.
Like I have a final tomorrow so that means I have to read/review 6 chapter today. I am so not ready.
Like I’ve been trying to workout at least 4-5 times a week. I thought I was making progress but I almost died after walking up 4 flights of stairs. I’ve really just been focusing on supersets and weights. But, obviously I need to step my cardio game up.
So this morning I weighed in at 199. Which is less that I was last week but still not the goal I had for today. Set my alarm to wake me up at 6 so I could get a half hour of cardio in. But I had a hard time getting to sleep and then an even harder time staying asleep, So I pressed snooze and didn’t wake up until 6:30. Which meant I was only able to 15 mins of cardio this morning. Seriously the snooze button s forever messing up my plans.
So this afternoon when I come from school imma have to put in work.
I still plan on doing two a days so tonight I’ll hopefully/probably do 30 Day Shred.
